• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential, where applicable.
• Respect the safety, welfare and operational policies of Healing Saathi when visiting or interacting with our team, sanctuary or hospital.

3. Rescue, Treatment & Animal Information

Healing Saathi may publish rescue information, treatment updates, photographs, videos and recovery progress of animals under our care to promote transparency, awareness and animal welfare.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and updated, an animal's medical condition, treatment plan or recovery status may change based on veterinary assessment and the animal's individual needs.

Information displayed on our website regarding an animal's treatment or condition should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary advice for another animal.

4. Donations

Donations made to Healing Saathi are voluntary contributions intended to support our animal welfare activities, including rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, food, shelter, medical care and other operational needs.

Depending on the purpose of a particular fundraising campaign or initiative, donations may be utilised for the specific purpose stated or, where necessary, for the continued care and welfare of animals under Healing Saathi's care.

Tax benefits, if applicable, shall be provided in accordance with applicable laws and subject to the eligibility and documentation requirements in force at the relevant time.

5. Monthly & Recurring Donations

Healing Saathi may offer the option to support our work through recurring monthly donations using subscription-based payments facilitated by our payment partner, Razorpay.

By opting for a recurring donation, you authorise Razorpay to process the selected contribution amount from your chosen payment method at the applicable billing intervals.

• Razorpay may initiate a small one-time charge, typically between ₹1–₹5, for mandate or payment method verification where applicable.
• The first full donation amount and subsequent billing dates will be displayed during the payment or subscription process.
• The timing of debits, payment method rules and mandate processing may be subject to Razorpay and your respective bank or payment provider.

Healing Saathi does not store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials used for payment processing.

Recurring donations may be cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process and billing timelines.

6. Virtual Adoption

Virtual Adoption allows compassionate individuals to support an animal under the care of Healing Saathi without physically adopting and taking the animal home.

By virtually adopting an animal, you contribute towards the animal's ongoing care and welfare. Depending on the initiative and contribution plan, this support may help cover essential needs such as:

• Nutritious daily meals and nutrition.
• Safe shelter and daily maintenance.
• Staff and caregivers involved in daily care.
• Basic medical care and welfare requirements.

Virtual Adoption does not confer legal ownership, custody or any proprietary rights over the animal. The animal remains under the care and responsibility of Healing Saathi.

As part of the initiative, supporters may receive updates, photographs or videos about the animal. The frequency and availability of updates may depend on the animal's condition and our operational capacity.

Virtual adopters may visit the sanctuary during designated visiting hours, subject to sanctuary rules, animal welfare requirements and any restrictions necessary for the safety of the animals, visitors and staff.

Virtual adoption contributions are primarily intended to support recurring and essential care. Major veterinary procedures, surgeries, specialised treatments or emergency medical requirements may require additional funding.

Animals may also receive support through other donations, meal sponsorships or welfare initiatives. Such support may be used for the overall care and welfare of animals under Healing Saathi's care.

In certain circumstances, an animal may no longer remain under our care due to adoption, recovery, transfer, death or other welfare-related reasons. Where applicable, the supporter may be informed and may have the option to:

• Continue supporting another animal, where available, or
• Discontinue their recurring contribution in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.

Contribution amounts may be revised from time to time due to changes in food, medical, staffing, shelter or other operational costs. Where applicable, supporters will be informed in advance of material changes to recurring contribution amounts.

Virtual Adoption is intended to provide consistent support, care and comfort to animals in need. While Healing Saathi strives to provide transparent updates and appropriate care, specific medical outcomes or recovery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

7. Sanctuary & Hospital Visits

Visitors are expected to follow the visiting hours, safety instructions and rules communicated by Healing Saathi.

Access to certain areas may be restricted to protect animals undergoing treatment, animals with special needs, vulnerable residents or areas requiring controlled hygiene and safety conditions.

Healing Saathi reserves the right to refuse or restrict entry where necessary for the safety, welfare or wellbeing of animals, visitors and staff.

8. Location-Based Services

Certain features of our website may request access to your precise or approximate location through your browser or device, only with your permission.

Location information may be used to assist with rescue-related information, address details and other service-related functionality.

You may manage or revoke location permissions at any time through your browser or device settings.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on Healing Saathi's website, including our name, logos, branding, photographs, videos, rescue stories, treatment updates, graphics, designs and other original materials, is the property of Healing Saathi or is used with appropriate permission.

14. Donor Submitted Media & Content

Certain initiatives, such as meal sponsorships, virtual adoptions or dedication campaigns, may allow supporters to voluntarily submit photographs, names, messages or other content for acknowledgement or awareness purposes.

By submitting such content, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary permission to share it.

You grant Healing Saathi a non-exclusive right to use, display, publish and share the submitted content on our website, social media platforms, thank-you posts, awareness campaigns, newsletters or other communications related to the respective initiative.

Healing Saathi reserves the right to refuse, remove or discontinue the use of any submitted content that is inappropriate, misleading, offensive or violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
