4. Subscription & Recurring Payment Data

When you choose to make a monthly recurring donation, we may collect and process additional information required to set up and manage your subscription through our payment partner, Razorpay.

• Subscription-related identifiers such as Razorpay customer ID, subscription ID, plan ID, mandate status and billing cycle details.
• Payment method information, such as UPI, card or other supported payment modes, is processed securely by Razorpay. Healing Saathi does not store your complete card, UPI or bank credentials.
• A small mandate verification charge, typically between ₹1 and ₹5, may be initiated by Razorpay to activate recurring payments. This process is controlled by the payment gateway.

This information is used strictly for managing recurring donations, billing cycles, subscription status, compliance and transaction transparency.
